Has been ordered to pay all money earned back, shut the fuck up and apologise.

How about the weirdos just back off and allow the family to deal with this loss how ever they want?

Whatever you think of the McCann's behaviour, and much of it has been bizarre and irresponsible in the extreme, you have to look askance at the main 'evidence' of their guilt - Kate McCann's refusal to answer the questions of the Portuguese police.
If I was convinced the local old bill were mainly concerned with a quick conviction of the likeliest foreigners, I would refuse to answer them, too.

We have to live our lives by the choices we make.
The simple fact of the matter is that they made a horrific mistake in leaving their kids alone from a distance where a stranger was able to break in and abduct one of them.
I feel had they not been doctors but your run of the mill lower / middle class family then they may have faced a bigger media backlash.
However, despite all of the above the crux of it is a little girl has been taken from her family. That is fucking tragic.

I'm sorry NO half decent parent leaves their very young kids in bed alone while they go to enjoy themselves especially in a foreign country. That's not a mistake.

They put their children at risk in a strange country.......not themselves, selfishly. Having done that they have moved heaven and earth to trace their daughter. The McCanns will never be at peace the more so because of oddballs who think that they killed their own child.

Ha ha - funny, but a relevant point.
Doubtful they had drugged their daughter, but even if they had, the concept that they had got the dosage wrong, found their daughter dead,so then decided to bury the body (incredibly well, considering the press coverage), is fucking insane.
The McCanns fucked up. You really are a strangely sick individual to revel in that.

Or setting up a charity that actually was a company and the money people donated was used to sue newspapers and not entirely used for the search of the kid.
